Long-Range Planning Calendar
One of the Council's stated objectives is to coordinate the scheduling of activities and events by providing a long-range planning calendar.

Organizations holding conferences, seminars and other special events should consult the long-range planning calendar before setting event dates so as to avoid conflict with events being held by other organizations.

Speakers may consult the calendar as an assist in long-range planning of their speaking schedules. 

Individuals may use the calendar to learn of upcoming events and educational opportunities.

Submit a Calendar Event
To have a special event added to the long-range planning calendar, send a message using the form below.
Please include:
1) event date
2) event name or description
3) name of sponsoring organization
4) city where event is to be held
 
Events must be of genealogical or historical interest and be must be held in northern California. Events held outside of northern California that are of state-wide (California) or national interest may also be considered for inclusion on the calendar.
